      Overall Rating:

Took some visiting vegan friends here having read a few articles about the place. 5 star experience. It’s a small cafe, chef Mauro made us welcome as soon as we entered, proudly giving us some freshly baked bread and taking us through the menu highlighting the various nutritional ingredients. This man is very passionate about the food he makes, and it shows in the food served. An utterly unique fusion of Korean and Italian quisine that really works. The Topognocci was great, the chewy rice sticks and the soft pillowy gnocchi compliment each other in the spicy tokbokki sauce. The kimchi lasagne, sounds mad, but works so well. And the mushroom gnocchi again very tasty complimented by the Korean flavours. Mauro presented us with some bread topped with his homemade Nutella, which was lovely, better than the real thing. We finished off with dark chocolate mochi, which alone made the trip worth it. Gooey, chewy, rich and chocolatey. Overall recommended, unique, not just a novelty, genuinely tasty and a proprietor\chef who really believes in what he (and his wife) are doing with food. Reasonable prices too.
